HubSpot's AI assistant that answers questions and does work based on the information in your CRM.
Breeze Assistant is HubSpot's AI assistant. It is available across all of HubSpot and uses the information in your CRM when it answers and works.
What can Breeze Assistant do?
Since fall 2026, Breeze Assistant can not only answer questions but also do work. You describe what you want to achieve, and the assistant produces the result, handing parts of the job over to specialized agents when needed. Examples:
- Summarize a company or a deal before a meeting
- Create a quote, a report or a campaign plan
- Draft emails, landing pages and other content
- Research accounts and find the right contacts
Where do I find it?
Open Breeze Assistant from the Breeze icon in HubSpot's top navigation. It can also be used in Slack, where employees can get insights from HubSpot and take certain actions without leaving Slack.
Does Breeze Assistant cost extra?
Breeze Assistant is included in HubSpot's paid licenses. Some of the agents the assistant uses do consume HubSpot Credits. Read more in the article about what HubSpot's AI costs.
