How does HubSpot handle our data in the AI features?

A common question is what happens to company data when you use HubSpot's AI. Here are the key points.
Are AI models trained on our data?
HubSpot uses external AI providers for some features. According to HubSpot, these providers do not train their models on HubSpot customer data. The data may only be processed temporarily to deliver the feature, under agreements with security and privacy requirements.
You can also choose whether your data may be used to improve HubSpot's own models, and turn this off at any time.
Can we control what the AI has access to?
Yes. Admins can control which data the AI features can access and turn AI features off fully or partly. For agents connected to other systems, each tool can be set to always allow, ask first or never allow.
