Does HubSpot work with Outlook, Gmail and Teams?

Yes. HubSpot works with both Microsoft 365 (Outlook and Teams) and Google Workspace (Gmail and Google Calendar).

Email and calendar

When you connect your inbox to HubSpot you can:

• Log and track emails directly from Outlook or Gmail
• See when the recipient opens your email
• Use templates and documents from HubSpot in your inbox
• Book meetings with HubSpot's meeting scheduler, synced with your calendar

This is done through HubSpot's add-in for Outlook or extension for Gmail, which each user installs.

Microsoft Teams

With the Teams integration you can get HubSpot notifications in Teams, share records in channels and create Teams meetings directly when you book meetings in HubSpot.

Things to consider

Decide early which emails should be logged in the CRM. It is easy to log too much, or too little. We usually set up logging rules as part of the implementation.
