How much does HubSpot's AI cost?
How HubSpot Credits work and what is included in your license.
HubSpot's AI is priced in two parts: what is included in your license, and what consumes HubSpot Credits.
Included in your license
Breeze Assistant and many of the AI features in the tools are included in the paid licenses at no extra cost.
What consumes credits
AI agents and AI actions in workflows consume credits. Every paid portal gets a number of credits included each month:
- Starter: 500 credits per month
- Professional: 3,000 credits per month
- Enterprise: 5,000 credits per month
If you have several hubs, the highest tier applies. They are not added together. Unused credits do not roll over to the next month. If you need more, you can buy additional credits at roughly 0.01 USD per credit.
Examples of what an action costs
- Customer Agent: 50 credits per resolved customer conversation
- Prospecting Agent: 100 credits per recommended lead
- Data Agent: 10 credits per answer on a record
- AI action in a workflow: 10 credits per action
- Content Agent: 1,000 credits per piece of content
With 3,000 credits (Professional), that covers for example around 60 resolved customer conversations or 300 Data Agent answers per month.
